Avionics: Full Cessna 400 stack, including two NavCom, two ADF's, RNAV, 400B Autopilot with yaw damper and altitude pre-select, HSI, Transponder, plus Bendix RDR 160 B&W, Garmin GPS 195 with mounted external antenna.

Other Equipment: Micro-Aerodynamic Vortex Generators, Angle of Attack indicator, L & R wing locker tanks (203 US Gal. Total), MTOW 6350 lb., Landing Wt. 6200 lb., Empty weight 4797 lb. Glass heated pilot windshield, full de-ice (boots in good condition, some patches on horizontal stab.), Hoskins CFS 2000 fuel totalizer, copilot instruments, factory air (currently removed), electric engine pre-heat pads, insulated engine blankets.

Interior: Blue fabric seats (7 incl. Potty), gray carpet, white headliner, all in good condition. Crew plus six passenger executive configuration with club seats, belted potty, two folding tables, aft refreshment center, forward cabin dividers with clock, airspeed, and altimeter.

Exterior: Paint is gray with two tone blue stripes. Aircraft has light to moderate hail marks. Paint is intact but somewhat dull and weathered.

Other Information: This aircraft was imported into Canada from the US in March, 1989 with 3533.9 TTSN, and has been owned and hangared by a pilot for a major airline since 1993. Logs are complete since Canadian import, with good maintenance records, including complete exhaust system removal and re-certification per AD 2000-01-16 (right side Oct 2000 @ 4178.7 TTSN, left June 2003 @ 4240 TTSN). There is no known damage history. Aircraft had a minor left prop strike on overshoot July 2002. The aircraft was ferryable, and left engine was sent to a certified engine shop for a teardown inspection, and the propeller was inspected and overhauled (blade damage was very minor and required only dressing at overhaul). Aircraft is currently out of annual but ferryable.
