1958 Piper PA24-250 Commanche

S/N 24-200 C-GTQW 3010 TTSN 1765 SFRM 0 SPOH (Aug. 2008)

Empty weight 1652 lb., MTOW 2800 lb., 60 US gal fuel.

AVIONICS: King KA 134 audio panel, Garmin GNC 250XL GPS/COMM, Narco 120 COM, Narco VOR, Narco AT50A Transponder with ACK blind encoder, 4 place intercom, King KR 85 ADF(not functioning).

OTHER EQUIPMENT: One piece windshield, Metco cambered wing tips, crew shoulder harnesses.

PAINT: White and caramel with orange and brown trim (Imron, 1975) in fair condition, lightly oxidized.

INTERIOR: Seats and sidewalls are light tan check fabric with beige vinyl sides on bottoms (new 2003), dark brown carpet, white headliner, all in good condition.

Annual inspection was completed June, 2007. This aircraft was imported into Canada from the U.S. in 1986. Logbooks are complete since new and there is no known damage history. Compressions at last annual were all 75/80 or higher. Landing gear motor and transmission, mag harness, engine controls, brakes all replaced within last 130 hours.
